We do not offer uploads of our content.

You must upload the content yourself, or have a trusted user purchase the models on your behalf to upload it for you.

This applies to ALL users, including QUEST users.

Commissions are currently not offered. This may change in the future.

You may NOT give NIKKIE's content files to other use, it is strictly prohibited.

The outsourcing of the editing process is permitted (allowed) ONLY if the following are true:

- Both the commissioner and the commissionee must both OWN NIKKIE's content themselves. The Commissionee will likely have to buy the content for them in the case of editing.

This is permitted as long as permission is asked for before uploading. Uploading is limited to 1 other individual besides the purchaser once.

You CANNOT upload NIKKIE's content to numerous individuals or publically.

All content is permitted to be used on the oculus quest. All content is PC only unless stated otherwise, please refer to individual product descriptions for information on this

- Converting content to quest is permitted. (Nikkie does not convert to quest on request)
- The outsource of uploading for quest individuals is permitted, Please create a ticket in theDiscord Server for permission or assistance before doing so. (Limited to ready made quest content.)

The following offenses can lead to your content receiving DMCA takedown notices:

- Incorrect or no crediting when required
