However, due to the nature of digital goods, we have established this limited refund policy to outline the conditions under which refunds may be considered. By purchasing digital goods from us, you agree to abide by this refund policy.

Eligible Products: This refund policy applies to digital goods purchased directly from NIKKIEPNG's website or authorized platforms.
Refund Period: If you have followed the criteria for the refund, you are eligible for a refund within 3 days from the date of purchase.
Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for a refund, all the following conditions must be met:
a. You have not downloaded, accessed, or used the digital goods.
b. You provide a valid reason for the refund request.
c. You submit the refund request within the refund period.
Non-eligible Items: The following digital goods are not eligible for a refund:
a. Downloaded or accessed digital products.
b. Products where you have breached the terms of service or license agreement.
c. Items that are indicated as non-refundable at the time of purchase.
Refund Process: There are two methods to request a refund:
a. (Slow) Email nikkiepngbusiness@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request."
b. (Fast) Join the discord server (https://discord.gg/nikkie/) and create a support ticket.

In both cases, you must provide the following:
Include your order number, purchase details, refund request reason, and other relevant information. We will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days if emailed and within 12-24 hours if requested through a Discord support ticket.
Refund Approval: If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund using the same payment method you used for the original purchase. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to be reflected in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
Refund Denial: We reserve the right to deny refund requests if the eligibility criteria are not met or if the request does not comply with our refund policy. In such cases, we will provide a detailed explanation for the denial.
Modifications: NIKKIEPNG reserves the right to modify or update this limited refund policy for digital goods at any time. Any changes to the policy will be effective upon posting on our website.
